Inclusion Team

A very warm welcome from the Ludwick Inclusion Team.

Ludwick is a fully inclusive setting where our environment and practice reflects the needs of our learners.  Our aim is to work closely with our families in order to quickly identify and effectively support needs in order to help all of our children excel at Ludwick and beyond. We are proud of our holistic, child-centred approach and the inclusive community in which we are based. We have a highly experienced team of staff at Ludwick who are experienced in supporting and working alongside children with a wide variety of needs.

We recognise that when there are concerns around how a child is developing, it can be a very worrying time for parents and carers. All staff warmly encourage parents or carers to talk to us at the earliest possible opportunity if there is anything that is of concern and we strive to work closely with families and do all we can to help during a child’s journey at Ludwick.

At Ludwick, we have an experienced Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, Claire Turner.  Claire is a qualified teacher and a member of our Senior Leadership Team. She works in close partnership with the Ludwick community, and beyond to continually drive outstanding inclusive practice.

You can contact Claire via the school office or email her
