Ludwick Nursery School

Adapted provision : Yellow Group

Yellow Group at LudwickWe are proud to offer expert support for up to ten  children with social communication needs in our Yellow Group. Many of the children in this group either have or may need an EHCP. We are highly experienced with the EHCP process and work in close partnership with parents where a plan is needed. An EHCP ensures that a child’s needs are met fully and they can access the support that they are entitled to as they progress through their education journey.

Our Yellow Group is led by Angela Goonetilleke ( Assistant Headteacher ). Angela is a highly experinced teacher and SENCO.

Angela is supported by a team of specialist practitioners:  specialist learning support assistant Nicki Bardle, Kazu Morishita Dubois and Floreta Mrishraj. Our team are highly skilled in developing children’s early social and communication needs.

Our children in Yellow group have their own base room (The Hive) where they have a bespoke start and end to their session. They are fully immersed in our mainsteam provision throughout the rest of the session.
